Forums > Senate Hall archive > SH Archive/Spaces above section titles in articles

I was wondering, why are there suddenly big white spaces above the title of each heading in articles? Has anyone else seen this, or am I the only one? —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) Imperial Emblem 13:15, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

  • I noticed that with one article earlier. I'd guess it probably has something to do with the upgrade to 1.10. There's also a bug with image pages where the image doesn't show in Internet Explorer. Green Tentacle (Talk) 13:18, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

i can't see any images at all on wookieepedia. when i use mozilla firefox i can see some images, but not most. AdmirableAckbar 17:29, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

I'm using Firefox 1.8.2 here at work and I'm having no problems seeing any images. And the spacing around the section headings looks fine to me. Only difference in the new update that I can see is the images. Instead of clicking on the scaled down version of a high res picture to see the full size pic, you have to click the "View higher res" link underneath. - JMAS 18:03, 8 June 2007 (UTC)

  • That's what's happening to me as well. So, that means this thing with the images is caused by the upgrade. So my question is, is there any way to revert the upgrade? —Grand Admiral J. Nebulax (Imperial Holovision) Imperial Emblem 18:06, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
    • Another thing I notice is PNG's with a transparent background now show on a checkered backdrop rather than the solid white. Take Mandoinsignia.png for example. - JMAS 18:58, 8 June 2007 (UTC)
  • A quick glance at the Senate Hall would suggest that there are a few teething issues with 1.10. Some of them, including the spaces thing, are fine in Firefox so I can only suggest we all use that until Wikia fix them. Green Tentacle (Talk) 13:58, 9 June 2007 (UTC)
