The difference is that for Hyperspace articles, we can link to both the external source (the article itself) and our article on that source, whereas with the SW template, we cannot. For the most part, this is fine, since we don't have a lot of articles on SW.com pieces. However, it does present a problem for sources like The Essential Atlas Online Companion, for which we do have an article. In short, if you use the SW template, you can't link to our article for that source.
Is it possible to amend the SW template to be like the Hyperspace one? Would adding an optional "int=" field screw up articles that already use the template? If not, would someone who knows how to do such a thing modify the template accordingly? I know I would appreciate it for one! :) ~ SavageBob 00:02, May 5, 2010 (UTC)
