I've been wanting to edit the Kaleesh page (and have started doing so), but I'm not sure which species page to use as a layout guide. Each has different heading names (Appearance vs Biology, etc) and I'm trying to determine what to use. If anyone could give me some pointers, that would be great.
Also, do you think we whould start trying to edit some of these species pages in order to make them more uniformly laid out? Astro 16:43, 5 September 2006 (UTC)
It would be nice if someone could respond... Astro 19:32, 6 September 2006 (UTC)
- I don't see a need to make every species page have exactly the same sections in them: the information we have on some species would allow us to write a long biology section but a short history section, while others have an extensive history available but a biology that could be summed up as "typical humanoids". However, I can suggest that the first paragraph be very general, that biology and evolutionary prehistory should come before their history and culture during "historical" times (i.e. after coming into contact with the Republic/Empire/Alliance.) Wookieepedia:WookieeProject Aliens is very sketchy at the moment, but I've linked a few of our most detailed alien articles there. Perhaps you'd like to make suggestions? —Silly Dan (talk) 01:54, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
Hey, thanks for the response. That project looks really interesting and I'd definitely like to be a part of it. I'll leave some comments over there once I've got the general idea of the Kaleesh article down. Again, thanks for the comment. Astro 02:44, 7 September 2006 (UTC)
