i was told that it was mentioned in a book that CHandrilla was the Established homeworld of Mara Jade. I just E-Maild that friend so untill I receve an answore I would like to know who keeps deleteing it so I can clear things up with them!

  • Which book? It wasn't me by the way. -Finlayson 14:17, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

I'm not exactly sure which book but I E-Maild the friend who told me about it so he should reply in a fiew days tops Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • It's in no canonical publication. Mara Jade's homeworld has not been revealed - Kwenn 15:31, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

can you be so sure about that? Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • Yes. 100% sure. Especially since you seem unable to provide a source. Other than the highly reliable "e-mail from a friend" method, of course - Kwenn 15:43, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Trust me. Within a fiew days I will be able to previde a valid sorce. Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • Well, I can always trust a dishonest person to be dishonest. Honestly. Anyway, this is the largest Star Wars encyclopedia around, with a massive amount of contributors who cover all aspects of the canon. There's no way something as important as Jade's homeworld would not yet have been added by a reliable source complete with proof. Trust me - Kwenn 15:47, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Actualy Technicly the CUSWE has the most articles in it. Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • I said largest, not "with the most articles". Detail - Kwenn 15:51, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Than you should have bean more spasific Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • I removed it at least once...mainly because it has no basis in canon. If you can produce a LFL-approved publication that says "Mara Jade was born on Chandrila", then I will be impressed. Chances are, though, that you won't. StarNeptuneTalk to me! 15:53, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Yeah we'll see who laughs last Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • Having read all of the novels Mara Jade appears in, I can safely say that her homeworld is not specified in any of them. StarNeptuneTalk to me! 16:00, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
    • Well, let's wait and see what Tnu conjures up. KEJ 16:01, 7 July 2006 (UTC)

Thank you KEJ. StarNeptune. have you read all books that Mara was only mentioned in? my friend told me that Luke mentioned the whole Chandrilla thing Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • Which book? When did it come out? Who wrote it? How does your friend know? - Kwenn 16:14, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
    • Let's wait and see till the e-mail arrives. Until then we should stay with the unknown homeworld thing. KEJ 16:26, 7 July 2006 (UTC)
      • Ohhh This is so exciting, I put my money on the "Well I can't find the book, but it's there" responce Solo89
        • Either that, or the "mysteriously drop the whole issue" response, or the "say it's in a certain book but then get debunked by someone else who actually has it" response. -- Darth Culator 16:18, 8 July 2006 (UTC)
        • Guys, let's be civil. When you back someone into a corner so that he can't admit a potential mistake without suffering "told ya so"s, then of course you're going to get one of those responses if his answer doesn't turn up. -BaronGrackle 03:34, 9 July 2006 (UTC)

A message from Tnu in IRC:

<Tnu> and StarNeptune can you tel the others in my post about Mara Jade
at the SH to be paicent. Robert is on vecation i'm pretty sure so im not
sure when i could contact him

Take that for what you will. StarNeptuneTalk to me! 17:03, 10 July 2006 (UTC)

  • Yep! Now he is on hollidays, then after that he will be sick and finally have a lethal accident! And he will take Mara's homeworld secret to the grave... How unlucky we are... Petiflo 19:05, 10 July 2006 (UTC)
  • It's in "The Rise of the Dark Falls". Duh! - Lord Hydronium 00:34, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
  • Don't bite the new comers people. -- SFH 01:00, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
    • Indeed. It's one thing to demand proof of a dubious claim, but it's not necessary to hound the person who made it mercilessly. He'll either find the proof (highly doubtful, but not *completely* impossible) or he won't; pointed sarcasm won't change that. jSarek 08:39, 11 July 2006 (UTC)
      • My deepest apologies Tnu... Petiflo 17:06, 11 July 2006 (UTC)

  • Ok Robert got back (turnes out He was at Summer School) Well He said that it was mentioned in the Agents of Chaos Duology. He said he thinks he read it in Hero's Trial Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

1. How do you do a Text serch ona book? 2. can you show me the mentions? Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • 1. Flip through the pages one by one. 2. There's no point wasting Ozzel's time on this. Since you are the only one claiming that Mara is from Chandrila, the onus is upon you to prove it; not on others to disprove it. --Azizlight 00:08, 12 July 2006 (UTC)

Ok but atleast Chandrillas' "Appirences" section should inclue Hero's Trial. i would add it but i don't know wear it falls in the timeline in comparicen to the other Appirences listed Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick

  • For the record:
"When Yuuzhan Vong warships begin to close on Kuat, Chandrila, or Bothawui, I doubt very much that the New Republic fleets will be otherwise engaged."
bel-dar-Nolek
"Most of the Second Fleet is positioned Coreward of the Hapes Cluster, near Borleias. Elements of the First and Fifth are deployed at Coruscant, Kuat, Chandrila, Gommenor, and Fondor."
Nylykerka
"The route will take Elan and Vergere through Bilbringi, Jagga-Two, and Chandrila - assuming, of course, that nothing untoward occurs - and precluding the advent of any intelligence suggesting that such a move poses a threat to New Republic security."
Kalenda

I'll ask Robert to do a text serch on it aswell to and i'll see if i can pull anything up. but this has helped tremindusly. Oh and the Whole idea of Misspelling Wookiee gets me too.Tnu, Valin Suul, Shido, Take your pick
