I mean, how many Jedi were there and how many clones were there?
The exact number is unknown, but there were very few Knights and virtually no Masters present. The reason is pretty obvious: because of the War, and specifically due to the Outer Rim Sieges, they were spread so thin across the Galaxy that very few other than the members of the High Council saw much of the Temple during this period. The only two notables that have been mentioned in any back story who were present were Cin Drallig, the Temple Battlemaster, Jocasta Nu the Temple Archivist, and Shaak Ti, the only High Council member present during the assault. Cin Drallig died at the hands of Anakin Skywalker while defending a group of younglings, Jocasta Nu was also killed by Anakin when she denied him access to the temple signal beacon, and Shaak Ti allegedly survived the Assault. The resistance that Skywalker and the 501st met at the Jedi Temple was most likely comprised of Padawans and Younglings, but until the back story is developed more on this event no one will truly know exactly who was there.
Correction to whoever wrote above: Shaak Ti Did not die in the attack. She survives order 66. Look at the force unleashed.188.8.131.52 23:42, 2 October 2007 (UTC)
