[edit] Table
Is it definite that we're having a table there, then? Kuralyov 02:32, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- Perhaps you should check there will be enough Wookieepedians attending to manage the table before deciding whether to book it. If you do book it, Wikia can sponsor part of the cost of this and associated merchandise needed for the booth. Angela talk 14:38, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- That is the point of this page—a head count to see who's going. --Imp 14:40, 11 November 2006 (UTC)
- Nice to see that Wikia will help out some with the cost of the table. Thanks. -- Riffsyphon1024 04:04, 13 November 2006 (UTC)

- I don't want to seem like a boor or rush things, but the sooner we decide if we're actually having a table there, the sooner (and cheaper) I can get my reservations if we do...Kuralyov 16:44, 13 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Application info
From here:
- Please send a brief initial proposal (limit 500 words) to fanevents@starwars.com, or mail it to Star Wars Celebration IV; Attn: Mary Franklin; Lucasfilm Ltd., PO Box 29901, San Francisco, CA 94129. Include your email address and contact information. Briefly summarize what you would do, time and materials needed, number of people involved, and how the audience could participate, if at all.
Who wants to cover this? It should probably be an admin. Kuralyov 21:11, 17 November 2006 (UTC)
[edit] Question
Question, are there still going to be t-shirts there depicting wookieepedia? Brain40 [Sarlacc victim chat]

- That is the big question. Would LFL allow us to even use the word "wookiee" much less any depictions of their characters or concepts? -- Riffsyphon1024 16:05, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- I guess I should've thought of that when I came up with the idea in the first place. Although, we could always contact Wikia staff and Lucasarts for permission. Brain40 [Sarlacc victim chat]

- Indeed. However if LFL does find us to be in violation they could throw a Cease and Desist at us. jSarek and I have discussed the pros and cons of now attempting this. -- Riffsyphon1024 18:21, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- As Brian said, I would want to run our t-shirt design by someone at Lucas before we printed them up. One way to avoid this would be going with a design such as StarNeptune's that doesn't use any SW imagery. WhiteBoy 20:41, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- Good idea, though does the wookieepedia logo count as imagery? Brain40 [Sarlacc victim chat]
20:00, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
- They did want us to submit any and all images we would be displaying. -- Riffsyphon1024 05:59, 8 January 2007 (UTC)

[edit] When Registering
When registering, do we include that we want to be a volunteer if we're manning the table or is that for the whole event? -- Riffsyphon1024 06:03, 8 January 2007 (UTC)
