Foss was a male Human and key member of the royal family's staff on the planet Naldar. While injured during Imperial subjugation just after the Battle of Endor, he was not dead as his comrades thought. When Princess Vila, disguised as Prince Denin, returned to Naldar, Foss explained what happened, dying in her arms moments later.
