This four-eyed Jedi Master was one of the Masters of the Jedi Order around the time of the Great Sith War in 4,000 BBY. Along with Vodo-Siosk Baas, Thon and Ood Bnar, the four-eyed being spoke with Nomi Sunrider, Qrrrl Toq, Cay Qel-Droma and Dace Diath before their mission to Empress Teta.
