Fractal-pattern armor was a form of body armor developed by the Chiss during the years following the Yuuzhan Vong War. Worn by the Chiss Commandos, fractal-pattern armor used a specialized coating to create ever-changing patterns and colorations on the surface, making it almost invisible to the naked eye.
