Frap Radicon was an Imperial scientist who helped Bevel Lemelisk design the Death Star I. Following one of Lemelisk's deaths and the destruction of the Death Star over Yavin, Radicon was involved in a scheme to invent new gravity well projectors. He perished when Q-7N destroyed Malagarr.
