Frenil Alagar was an Alliance to Restore the Republic representative sent to investigate the Elrood sector during the Galactic Civil War. Frenil pointed out in his report that, even for unimportant worlds of the Outer Rim Territories, the planets Elrood and Derilyn had wonderful cultures and the same level of sophistication as other worlds found in the Core.
