Frix was a Supreme Chancellor of the Galactic Republic. Along with their successor Kalpana, Frix's administration allowed the corruption of the Republic to continue unabated. In a meeting on Serenno, Count Dooku told Hego Damask, the Muun who was revealed to be Darth Plagueis, that Frix would succeed the current Chancellor, which Frix did.
