The Gabrielle was supposedly a New Republic scout vessel inservice in 27 ABY. It was said to be investigating the Yuuzhan Vong fleet gathering in the Black Bantha Nebula. In reality, it was a code used by Wedge Antilles, signaling a meeting between himself and Han Solo. At the meeting, Solo turned over a great amount of information on the Vong fleet.
