The Galacians were humanoids from the planet Gala. They had pale bluish skin and were frequently called "moon people." They were known for their distinctive pale skin, a blueish tone they called "moonlight." Veda was a Galacian Queen.

The Galacians consisted of three separate tribes; the city people, the hill people, and the sea people.
