The Galactic Alliance Colonies Fleet was a major Galactic Alliance Navy fleet formed in the years before the start of the Sith-Imperial War. The prior habit of numbering Defense Force fleets was largely dropped in favor of naming fleets to the specific region of the galaxy they were assigned to defend.
