The Galactic Alliance Committee on Corporate Oversight (GCoCO) was a sub-division of the Senate of the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances, in operation around the time of the Dark Nest Crisis.
The Committee on Corporate Oversight was tasked with keeping checks on the commercial and corporate activities of the Alliance's member species, to ensure compliance with the law, possibly due to the unchecked rise of the commerce guilds in the Galactic Republic. In particular, the committee kept a close eye on the activities of the Koorivar, who had been a powerful presence in the Corporate Alliance prior to and during the Clone Wars.
