Galactic Alliance Security Council

The Galactic Alliance Security Council was a government body that was part of the Galactic Alliance. It was involved in the surveillance of Corellian activity on Coruscant. Senator G'vli G'Sil was the head of the organization during the Second Galactic Civil War.

The concept of a security council may have been inspired by the real-world United Nations Security Council, created, like the GASC, to monitor wars from an international standpoint.
