The Galactic Alliance Security Detention Center 81 was a Galactic Alliance Security blockhouse located on Coruscant. In 43.5 ABY, when Jedi Knights Valin and Jysella Horn fell prey to a Force psychosis, they were captured by the Galactic Federation of Free Alliances, encased in carbonite, and placed in the Detention Center. Soon afterward, the Jedi acquired a document allowing them visitation rights, and brought the press in tow. They showed that the Horns were being kept as prizes by Security Colonel Wruq Retk, turning public sympathy in favor of the New Jedi Order's plight.
Later, in 44 ABY, the Order plotted a raid to free the Horns from the Detention Center.
