Galactic City Spaceport

Galactic City Spaceport was, for several centuries before the start of the Clone Wars, the primary spaceport of Coruscant. Its role as the city's primary spaceport was replaced after the creation of Chancellor Palpatine Spaceport; however, after the new site's construction, many senators continued to use the Galactic City Spaceport to avoid the hustle of the newer location.

During the Clone Wars, it was the location of a hostage incident involving Separatist terrorists.
