The Galactic Criminals Act was an act enacted by the government of Telos IV. The law enabled Telosian security forces to apprehend suspected criminals and hold them to a trial.

Xanatos utilized the legislature to arrest his former Master, the Jedi Qui-Gon Jinn, and his Padawan, Obi-Wan Kenobi.
