Galaxy Guide 11: Criminal Organizations is a supplement to Star Wars: The Roleplaying Game written by Rick D. Stuart and published by West End Games in 1994.

This guide details the underworld of the criminal groups acting during the years following the events narrated in Dark Empire, though the guidelines presented can be used by the gamemaster for adventures set in any era. Note that Galaxy Guide 11 was published two years before Shadows of the Empire was, so there is no mention of Black Sun.
