Lieutenant Gallan was a male Human officer of the Rendili Home Defense Fleet. He was stationed aboard the flagship Mersel Kebir and supported Lieutenant Mellor Yago's coup against Captain Jace Dallin. He was executed by Yago during the Battle of Rendili.
