The tripion was a large crustacean with arachnid features and three tails with stings. They inhabited several worlds including Yavin 13 and Gall. Xenobiologists logged more than 600 offsets of the species. Tripion size ranged from 1 to 18 meters. They hunted small preys and often ignored humanoid-sized beings if not provoked.
