Biography
Edit
- "All the Gungan tribes were always poundin' the other, but Gallo refused to join in the fighting."
- ―Rugor Nass
Gallo was a male Ankura Gungan who lived around 3,000 BBY.[2] He was named after a fish species from his homeworld.[source?]
In his life, he became the Boss of Otoh Sancture. During the War of the Gungan Tribes, Gallo refused to join in the fighting, leading some Gungans to wonder who he would join if he decided to fight.
One day, Gallo went out to collect some animals for Otoh Sancture's Great feast. As he found 5 nerfs, Otoh Sancture was attacked by Boss Rogoe's Bursa's. After finding Marsune, He traded him the nerfs he captured for some workers. Gallo set of with the workers to find a suitable area to rebuild Otoh Sancture. On the way, he found some Gungans who told him of Rogoe's existence. After rebuilding Otoh Sancture, He eliminated the bursa's that had destroyed Otoh Sancture. When the Bursa's were destroyed. Marsune appeared, saying that he would like to see Rogoe fall.[1]
After that Gallo set out to unite the Gungan tribes. First he went to Otoh Jahai. The Boss of that area, Boss Tenko, told Gallo that Otoh Langua had stolen their sacred staff. Tenko told him that if he returned the staff. He would contribute some men to Gallo. After heading to Otoh Langua. Boss Hantic claimed they did not have the staff. Hantic told him that if Gallo gave him 1000 Nova crystals he would join Gallo. Marsune told Gallo that he had heard rumors of a hidden spaceport that might have the nova they needed. After leaving Otoh Langua, They found two paths, one had a road guarded by Rogoe's millitiagungs. The other was a clear path. the clear path led to the spaceport. and the road led to where the sacred staff was. after handing the nova to boss Hantic. He gave them four Kaadu Cavalry (strike mech). When the sacred staff was returned to Boss Tenko. he gave them Four Heavy troopers. Gallo then headed to Otoh Urs. Boss Copek told them to eleminate the nearby Bursa Clan to convince him to join. After destroying the Bursas, Copek gave Gallo 4 Catapults. When they headed to Otoh Raban, The Boss wasn't there. Boss Hoxie had been kidnapped. The workers there told Gallo that if he rescued the boss, They would join him. When they Attacked Rogoe's stronghold, The place where Boss Hoxie was being held, A riot started with the prisoners already there, Giving Gallo more troops. After rescuing Boss Hoxie, Gallo was given 4 Repeater troopers. Gallo was successful in uniting the Gungan tribes.[1]
With the newly formed Gungan Grand Army Gallo went to Spearhead to kill Rogoe. After healing a bursa Leader, Gallo had some bursas to attack Spearhead. Because Rogoe's keep was in water, surrounded by Spearhead, Marsune went to the Bongomeken Collective to get some bongos for attacking the keep. After destroying Rogoe, Gallo founded the city Of Otoh Gunga in Spearhead's place.[1]
