Ganza Park was located in the Historical district of Estalle Island on Procopia and ranked as some of the most valuable undeveloped real estate in the Tapani Sector. It was a large preserve consisting of rolling hills, flowers and rock gardens with isolated stands of trees. Within the park was a large teahouse called the Greenhouse which had a view of the sea.
