Garang

Garang was a city located on the world of Dantooine some time during the days of the Old Republic. As the largest city and trading hub on Dantooine, Garang also boasted a spaceport to handle the planet's exportation of foodstuffs. As of the Jedi Civil War, it played host to at least one sub-orbital transport corporation and was, according to rumor, the base of operations of a local unnamed Hutt. It is unknown what happened to Garang, though it was possible that either the city was razed during Darth Malak's attack on that world and its Jedi Enclave, or it was otherwise destroyed during the occupation that followed.
