Geedon V was a planet in Ploo sector of the Outer Rim Territories. It was the site of a former base for pirates operating in the sector. Once, the entire planet was single-handedly taken over by the gunman Gallandro during one of his early exploits.
Above the planet, Red Squadron and Blue Squadron manning Ghorin's stolen Y-wings, destroyed a convoy consisting of seven CR90 corvettes from Geedon group that were to supply the Empire with food, according to Operation Grain Snatch. The aim was to discredit Ghorin and present him as a traitor of the Empire while bringing shortage to the Imperial supplies.
