Gegren Throsen was an Imperial Moff who governed the planet Salliche during the Galactic Civil War taking over the operation of Salliche Agricultural Corporation and the planet's parliament.[1]
The populace resisted his rule by harassing Imperial activity on Salliche and surrounding star systems. Thorsen was forced to spend more money on defense when this increased after the Battle of Endor.[1]
