A gel-form droid was a piece of technology used to train snipers. It was made of gel and plastoid and could repair itself. Though called a droid, it was not a proper droid.

Ben Skywalker trained against a gel-form droid while learning to become a sniper.

Ben's particular training droid was modeled to have the same build and walk as Prime Minister Dur Gejjen. Ben became quite proficient at destroying the droid and after hours of training, it was sluggish, needing time to recharge before it could fully repair itself after each shot.
