The Geonosis droid foundries boardroom was a room located in the Geonosis droid foundries. It was there where Count Dooku urged the Commerce Guild and Corporate Alliance to sign a treaty with the Confederacy of Independent Systems and to pledge their droid armies to them.

Anakin Skywalker and Senator Padmé Amidala were taken to the boardroom by Jango Fett after being caught in the droid foundries. Padmé requested that Count Dooku hand over Obi-Wan Kenobi to her there, but he told her they didn't recognize the Republic on Geonosis, but he would hear her plea for clemency if Naboo would join their alliance. However, she refused, and they were taken away.
