George Hull was the visual effects art director for the Special Editions of Star Wars Episode V: The Empire Strikes Back and Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, both released on 1997. Among his other duties, Hull designed several new musicians to join the Max Rebo Band for the Jabba's Palace sequence of Return of the Jedi: Ak-rev, Rappertunie, and Umpass-stay.
