Gerney Caslo was one of Ruby Gulch's water sellers on Nam Chorios and the cousin of Booldrum Caslo. He fixed many water pumps the Therans left to rot. He was shot when taking down cannon at Bleak Point Station in the aftermath of Bleak Point Invasion.
