Ghost Company was a group of Republic Clone troopers that were led by Commander Cody during the Clone Wars.

Battle of RylothEdit
After the Confederacy of Independent Systems invaded Ryloth and enslaved its Twi'lek inhabitants, the Republic mounted a bold offensive to free them. Jedi General Anakin Skywalker and his Padawan, Commander Ahsoka Tano, destroyed the Separatist blockade surrounding the planet under the command of Captain Mar Tuuk, and the Acclamator I-class assault ships were able to move in to invade and free the planet.
Under the command of General Obi-Wan Kenobi and Clone Marshal Commander Cody, Ghost Company boarded gunships to land in the city of Nabat. Unfortunately, heavy fire from proton cannons forced the Acclamator transports to retreat, leaving Ghost Company to take out the guns and allow the transports to land, forcing them to suffer heavy casualties. After encountering starved gutkurrs, the squadron met the young Twi'lek Numa, who was able to lead them to the Twi'lek prisoners being used as a "living shield" by Tactical droid commander TX-20. Ghost Company created a diversion while the troopers Waxer and Boil helped Obi-Wan free the hostages and destroy the proton cannons.
Battle of UmbaraEdit

After the death of Senator Mee Deechi, the Umbarans pulled themselves from the Republic and joined Dooku and the Confederacy of Independent Systems. To recapture the shadowy world of Umbara, the Republic sent Jedi Masters Obi-Wan Kenobi, Saesee Tiin, Pong Krell and Anakin Skywalker along with Padawans Ahsoka Tano and Barriss Offee to retake Umbara. Ghost Company assisted Kenobi and Saesee Tiin along with Commander Cody to retake the capital while the 501st Legion made multiple attacks on the Umbaran militia. Master Skywalker was soon requested back to Coruscant by Chancellor Palpatine resulting in master Krell taking over control of the 501st.Krell later contacted clone trooper Waxer and informed him that the Umbarans have ambushed one of his Platoon's and ordered him to bring a platoon of clones from Ghost Company to advance to his location to stop the enemy and also told him that they were disguised as clones. With the clones not knowing Krell was a agent for Dooku, they proceeded to his position. After coming across Captain CT-7567 and his small squad of troopers, Ghost Company opened fire at the 501st, mistaking them as the enemy. Both sides took heavy casualties, and later, Clone Captain Rex figured out that they were shooting at their own brothers. After Ghost Company and the 501st settled down, clone Medic Kix found Waxer and told Rex that Krell gave them the orders to attack. Ghost Company and the 501st joined together to capture the traitorous Besalisk Jedi.
Battle of KirosEdit

- Boil: "We're still mopping up clankers here and there, sir. We've established a perimeter around the governor's tower. No one gets out without a fight."

During the war, the planet of Kiros was home to a colony of Togruta and remained nuetral throughout the Clone Wars. After recieving word that Confederate droids with Count Dooku and Zygerrian Darts D'Nar had invaded the system, the Jedi dispatched Generals Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi along with Padawan Ahsoka Tano with the 501st and 212th Battalions along with Ghost Company to save the colonists.
Once the Republic troops landed, the three Jedi led a biker squad with Clone Captain Rex to clear a path toward the Governor's tower so that the rest of the Army could proceed. As the Republic troops reached the tower, clone trooper Boil gave his report on the situation as Kenobi recieved a transmission from the Zygerrian slaver requesting him to enter the tower in the Governor's office and discuss surrender. As Kenobi entered the office, D'nar informed him that he has paced Thermal annihilator bombs all over the city and to prove he wasn't hesitating that he would not set them off, he set off a bomb on where the Republic was positioned. Numbers of clones were killed and injured causing Skywalker and Tano to disarm the rest before the bombs cause further destruction.The Republic later captured D'nar, and Skywalker had Wullf Yularen run a bio-scan on the city to locate the colonists. Yularen then told Skywalker he had run the bio-scan twice and had still showed up negative. After revealing that they had been taken to Zygerria to restore the Zygerrian Slave Empire, Skywalker, Kenobi, Ahsoka, and Rex traveled to Zygerria to free the Togruta colonists from slavery and put an end the Zygerrian Slave Empire.
