Ghost spiders, also spelled ghost spydrs, were a shelled, clawed spydr species native to the planet Kubindi. Found in the Silver Forest of Dreams, they were considered a delicacy in many cultures. The Kubaz, who valued the taste of the creatures, ate only the legs. Kubaz ranchers would often require regular injections to develop an immunity to the beasts, which possessed a powerful and fatal poison, that allowed them to safely work with the animals with no fear of injury or death.
