The Giant Fynock Cave was a cave northeast of the city of Dearic on Talus. It was populated by giant fynocks.^[1]

A travel journal found at the cave describes how a group of travelers sought shelter from a storm inside this cave. They were attacked by the fynocks and all but one died in the attack. The last survivor started burying his dead friends. In the last entry in the journal, the survivor wrote down his plans to return into the cave the next day to recover the remaining bodies.^[2]

This location was added to Star Wars Galaxies with the game's first big update on August 13, 2003.^[3]

In the three strategy guides for Star Wars Galaxies that list this location as a point of interest on Talus, its name is misspelled as "Giant Flynock Cave".
