- "The Columi may be smart, but they don't have your best interest in mind. There are no long-term benefits. In fact, the reduced muscle use serves only to slow metabolism. If anything, those with excess girth should visit high-grav locations with active predators to encourage exercise."
- ―Gidoo Zehow
Doctor Gidoo Zehow was a male physician who worked at the Rhinnal State Medical Academy shortly before the commencement of the Clone Wars. In an interview with HoloNet News, he attacked the Columi claims that their homeworld's low gravity had health benefits for the overweight. He said that the decreased muscle strain would in fact worsen weight conditions by limiting physical exertion. Instead, he offered, those struggling with weight should visit high-gravity worlds with predatory fauna to encourage exercise.
