The Glarus Valley was a location on the planet Alderaan and was the ancestral home of the royal family of House of Panteer. It was also the site of both Castle Panteer and the Elysium along with it being noted as being the seat of culture as well as democracy on the planet. This valley was a place where the Alderaanian nobles were able to resolve their disputes in a peaceful manner.^[1]

By the time of the Cold War, it became a land ravaged by war with House of Organa and House of Thul maintaining a small presence in the region. In addition, the disciplined forces of House of Ulgo tightened their hold over the region every day. Rumors said that the royal family still resided in the Glarus Valley in hiding in places where even House Ulgo was unable to find.^[1]
