Glimmer Uziel was the leader of Vicondor. She was in an alliance with Lorian Nod of Junction 5, Samish Kash of Station 88 Spaceport, and Yura Telamarch of Bezim. Glimmer Uziel's species had pale golden skin, and four tiny tentacles that waved in the air.
