Goatgrass salad was a type of salad which was the mainstay staple of the Gran species diet and so was presumably originally made by them on the planet Kinyen or Malastare. It consisted of fragrant goatgrass tossed with Malastarian croutons, houjix cheese crumbles and three-eyed Kinyenian potatoes. It was served at Dex's Diner on the planet Coruscant for 4.5 credits.
