Gold Squadron was the name of several starfighter squadrons in operation during the decades prior to the Declaration of a New Republic:

• Gold Squadron, Rebel Alliance squadron that participated in the Battle of Yavin, the Battle of Endor, and the Battle of Saijo.
• Gold Squadron, New Republic squadron that participated in the Battle of Folor and the Battle for the Katana fleet.

The name was reused by the New Jedi Order later in 44 ABY.

• Gold Squadron, New Jedi Order squadron that participated in the Battle on Nam Chorios.
