Gordian hoppers were bipedal creatures native to a world in the Yavin system, which the Millennium Falcon passed on its way from Yavin 4 to Aduba-3. They had small hands on long arms and strong legs ending in long, splayed feet that seemed suitable for hopping long distances. They also had slanted eyes and beak-like mouths. One variety was furry whereas another was scaly.

Behind the scenesEdit

These were first creatures created for the Expanded Universe. Their homeworld is unclear: it is apparently further from the star Yavin than is Yavin 4, but is passed by the Falcon before jumping to hyperspace.
