Gorgon was an EF76 Nebulon-B escort frigate which served in the Imperial Navy during the Galactic Civil War. Gorgon was dispatched to prevent the defection of the CR90 corvette Bixby during a Rebel attack on an Imperial convoy near Dellalt system. However, Gorgon arrived too late to prevent the Rebels escaping with their new ship.
