Gormak rifles were weapons constructed by the Gormak species native to the planet Voss. The Gormak were a tech-savvy species that came into contact with the Galactic Republic and the Sith Empire in 3,653 BBY.[2] The Gormak were known to convert stolen Republic and Imperial technology for their own uses,[3] and were adept at constructing weapons and machinery from salvaged parts.[1]
