Gorothin Vagger was the Aqualish Senator of the Andoan Free Colonies during the onset of the Clone Wars.

Following the secession of Ando and the Dufilvian sector and Senator Po Nudo, Senator Vaggar declared his sector's full allegiance to the Republic.^[1]

Prior to the Battle of Geonosis, Gorothin and two of his aides were present when Representative Jar Jar Binks of Naboo proposed the transfer of immediate emergency powers to Supreme Chancellor Palpatine, thus declaring the Clone Wars.^[2]

Three years later, Vaggar was present when Palpatine was rescued by Anakin Skywalker and Obi-Wan Kenobi during the Battle of Coruscant.^[3]
