The Grand Alderaanian Gathering was an annual social event held on Alderaan at the Royal Pavilion. Not only Alderaanians were invited, but a large number of socialites and military officers, such as then-Captain Gilad Pellaeon, as well. Important Alderaanians such as Viceroy Bail Organa and his daughter Princess Leia Organa also attended.
