A Grand Proclamation was a type of statement made by the king of the Squib Polyanarchy. In 22 BBY, King Ebareebaveebeedee made at least three Grand Proclamations in response to the Separatist Crisis, one declaring the Jedi Order to be "koovy", and one affirming Skor II's commitment to the Galactic Republic.
