Grasheel was the Wookiee partner of Shamus Falconi. They formed their partnership at a cantina named the Airlock on Algor. Falconi had just inherited his grandmother's starship and was celebrating, when he awoke the next day Grasheel revealed that he was now his partner. It is unknown (except to Grasheel) how this came about, but Grasheel had papers to prove his partnership and co-ownership of the newly named Lumrunner to prove it.
