Grass Trekkers were a semi-sentient race native to the forest moon of Endor. They were aggressive and skilled hunters.[1]
Behind the scenes[]
In the current Star Wars canon, Grass Trekkers were mentioned in the article "Sentient Species of Endor," published in the "Guide to the Galaxy" section of the magazine Star Wars: Build the Millennium Falcon 38, which was published by De Agostini[1] on September 23, 2015.[2] The race originated in the Star Wars Legends continuity, where they first appeared in "The Land of the Gupins," the eighth episode of the first season of the television series Ewoks,[3] which aired on October 26, 1985[4]
