Gray Squadron (Rebel Alliance)

Gray Squadron was a Rebel starfighter squadron which flew B-wings and Y-wings marked with gray striping to identify their squad affiliation. The Y-wing starfighters in the squadron were flown in three flights of four. Very little is known about this squadron, except that it was created shortly after the Battle of Hoth, that it was vital in the Battle of Kothlis, and that it skimmed the Death Star's surface, providing cover during the Battle of Endor.
