The Gree-Kwa conflict was a Pre-Republic era war between the Gree and the Kwa. The older Gree Empire was startled by the appearance of the Kwa Holdings, and the two went into a territorial conflict. The war may not have had actual battles, simply the firing of Infinity Gates, at the opponent. The conflict began c. 100,000 BBY and was ended in about 27,700 BBY, when the Infinite Empire moved against the Kwa, annexing the Kwa Holdings and driving the Gree back to the Gree Enclave, where they remained. The Gree, meanwhile, put a fight, but were no match for the Infinite Empire. Upon the annexation of the Kwa Holdings, the Infinite Empire attempted to exterminate the Kwa, who hid and sealed their Infinity Gates.
